Having your figures up to date helps in lots of ways, not just getting the deadlines met on time.
Really understanding the sales data will show you when your peaks and troughs are which will highlight when you are likely to need some extra staff. Having a handle on these figures is really helpful.
It can seem like an expensive option to have help with bookkeeping when you first start up, but getting those sales invoices to the customers and making sure they pay on time can be more important than any other aspect of the business.
If sitting at the computer and getting the admin done isn't your thing, then yes you really do need a bookkeeper for your small business.

Excellent bookkeeping service and knowledge of the work. We recommend this firm if you are looking for a bookkeeper,
Phil Bass, Dunstable
I have never used a bookkeeper before so I was a bit apprehensive. Working with BW has been the best decision we have made recently. I knew we needed help with behind the scenes work and this has been a real relief.

Outstanding! BWBPS sorted out my books then provided me with the support and training I needed to get everything up to date and back on track. Friendly, professional service which I would highly recommend.
