I also read that it is small business owners who are adapting best to the pandemic and trade challenges in 2020. It is small business owners who are adapting their websites to take online orders for the first time, or delivering their products to customers' homes in order to keep trading.
It is inspirational whenever we read these positive stories, putting your heart and soul into your business is so demanding and so it feels reassuring to know that people are finding a way through.
It is difficult to know what comes next and planning more than a few weeks ahead is not easy at the moment. Trying to adapt to the hokey-cokey of lockdowns and waiting for the injections to move from a positive story to a reality means that 2021 is difficult to predict.
But if we can keep going, manage cashflow as best as possible, keep looking for new possibilities wherever possible, let's hope we will all carry our businesses through in good shape.
If you would like any pointers on keeping your records in good shape, so that you can stay on top of your business decisions, BW Bookkeeping will be happy to talk to you. Let's try and make sure there are some more good news stories to share with small business owners.

Home Page Blog Facebook LinkedInI have never used a bookkeeper before so I was a bit apprehensive. Working with BW has been the best decision we have made recently. I knew we needed help with behind the scenes work and this has been a real relief.

I learned more about how to direct my business in 20 minutes talking to Jen than in 4 years of meetings with my accountant.

It was an experiment but BW has done my end of year tax return for 2 years now. Makes it all very easy and answers any questions. Takes all the stress out of my tax return so I can concentrate on my business.
