Spreadsheet work - one of our clients had a large contract with a company lasting the summer season and they were required to submit weekly updates of the work carried out using a spreadsheet. We were able to use the information from a few Whatsapp messages on a Monday to keep their customer up to date each week.
Letters - a couple of clients have been in contact recently to ask us to put marketing letters together for them, to help them bid for new contracts in 2021. We started by putting together headed paper for them using their logos and then worked with them to make sure the letter covered the details they wanted to include.
Facebooks pages - we have put together a few facebook pages over the past couple of years. Sometimes this is for bookkeeping clients, and some only need help with that one task.
Payroll - we have started this year to offer a payroll service and so far we have a few small companies who have one or two employees. We are using Quickbooks to process their payroll and their employees have access to the portal meaning they can download their payslips any time in a data secure way.
Ordering from Online Sites - we have ordered white boards, stationery, health and safety signage and even a couple of computers for clients who needed help with the back office side of their business.
Organising a washing machine purchase - during lockdown when only click and collect services were available, one client needed help ordering a washing machine that could be collected later that day.
